Position: Project Coordinator Intern

Background
ALBICT opens the vacancy for the position of a Project Coordinator Officer to coordinate, facilitate and overview project activities for donor programs in the youth field both local and regional, implemented by ALBICT.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with their supervisor and project’s experts and team;
• Support the team to oversee a portfolio of projects from inception through
implementation to conclusion;
• Provide support and guidance to program participants on sustainability and revenue
models, by following closely projects’ flow and activities;
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of ALBICT’s Workshops – mobilizing our targeted audiences to participate in ALBICT’s initiatives by conducting outreach activities in the form of
mini-workshops;
• Contribute to the monitoring and documentation of the above, including the longitudinal
monitoring of activities and participant outcomes;
• Contribute to maintaining collaborations and extending partnerships with relevant
stakeholders.
Knowledge required:
• Experience and knowledge about the youth field in Albania and/or the region;
• Experience in working with development aid or donor organizations and implementing
donor funded projects;
• Relevant university degree (optional), i.e., Social Studies, Economics or economic informatics, and relevant branch of studies;
• Very good computer skills, data processing and report writing.
• Highly motivated, takes initiative; is flexible and, works independently and as well as in
teams;
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable leading large groups;
• Fluency in English and Albanian, both written and spoken;
Expected Start Date: 22 September 2025
Duration: Short-term project (3 months), with potential for renewal of the contract, based on performance.
