The Urban Partnership Accelerator (UPA) is a dynamic platform designed to enhance municipal capacities in Albania, enabling cities to drive the country’s green and digital transition. Through co-creation workshops, hackathons and acceleration programs, UPA connects local governments, private enterprises, academic institutions, and civil society to collaboratively address urban challenges.
Objectives
The objective of this initiative is to foster innovative data-driven solutions for sustainable urban development by strengthening networks, building capacity, and promoting circular economy practices.
